We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team, responsible for drafting and managing contracts, supporting legal compliance, and providing expert advice on risk and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the company’s legal interests are fully protected while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex legal issues across multiple parties.

Key Responsibilities

- Contract Drafting: Prepare and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to safeguard the company’s legal rights and interests.

- Contract Life Cycle Management: Support the Legal Counsel in maintaining the contracts repository and assist with the implementation of a contract life cycle management system.

- Negotiation: Engage and negotiate with internal business units, regulators, external counsel, and public authorities to reach favorable outcomes.

- Risk Management: Utilize effective risk management techniques to identify potential legal issues and provide proactive guidance to the organization.

- Communication: Clarify legal terminology and specifications for various departments to ensure clear understanding across the company.

- Legal Research: Stay informed about legislative changes and case law developments, providing timely updates to legal counsel on matters impacting the business.

- Business Integrity: Assist Legal and Compliance Counsel in conducting investigations and support the implementation of the Business Integrity program within Pakistan.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.

- Relevant work experience within the legal sector.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- Experience managing complex matters involving multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
