We are looking for a motivated individual with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain practical experience working with data in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support the team by performing data analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with daily data-related tasks while learning to use the company’s proprietary software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the team by preparing basic analytical reports.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and software.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
