The Junior Data Scientist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Quetta. In this role, you will support the data science team by collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis. You will perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights that inform product development and business strategies. Under the guidance of senior data scientists, you will assist in building and evaluating predictive models, creating clear visualizations and reports, and contributing to dashboards used by internal stakeholders. Your daily activities will involve close collaboration with engineering and product teams, documenting your methodologies and results, and applying best practices in AI and analytics. Additionally, you will support ongoing experimentation and continuous improvement of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Support the development and evaluation of predictive models under senior supervision.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
