The Junior Data Scientist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Quetta. In this role, you will support the collection, cleaning, and preparation of datasets, as well as conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights that drive product and business strategies. You will assist in building and evaluating models under the mentorship of senior data scientists, develop clear visualizations and reports, and contribute to dashboards used by internal teams. Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, documenting methodologies and findings, and embracing best practices in applied AI and analytics. Additionally, you will support ongoing experimentation and continuous improvement of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Support the development and evaluation of predictive and analytical models.
- Create clear and effective data visualizations and reports for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in data analytics and data analysis, including data cleaning and trend exploration.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools or libraries to effectively communicate findings.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python, and relevant libraries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
