Junior Data Scientist (Remote - Pakistan)

TensorOps, an applied machine learning studio serving clients across Europe and North America, is seeking a Junior Data Scientist based in Pakistan to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data generated by AI models to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and understand user behavior.
- Research and evaluate new AI and machine learning models, summarizing their capabilities and potential business applications to support senior team members.
- Translate complex technical results into clear, actionable business insights by collaborating closely with ML engineers.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Support project teams during the discovery phase by analyzing client data and identifying opportunities where AI can address key business challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis (especially Pandas and NumPy) and SQL for querying databases.
- Strong curiosity about technology with a keen interest in machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable explaining analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Based in Pakistan with availability to work hours overlapping with European time zones.
