Junior Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer with a strong interest in AI research and hands-on experience using AI tools within software development. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in JavaScript or Python and demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools, large language model (LLM) APIs, coding assistants, and agent frameworks to deliver meaningful results. Key Responsibilities
Proactively research, evaluate, and test new AI tools, models, and agent frameworks to remain at the forefront of the field. Integrate effective AI tools into development workflows to ensure high-quality and efficient output. Design and build AI-driven workflows such as coding assistants and agents that produce reliable and usable results. Manage assigned tasks independently from initiation through completion while consistently meeting deadlines. Document all work thoroughly, including the tools, prompts, and workflows used, to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Share successful AI methodologies and insights with the team to improve overall productivity and knowledge. Continuously learn and apply emerging AI technologies and techniques to enhance development processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of professional experience are encouraged to apply. Strong passion for AI research and development is essential. Proven experience using AI tools, LLM APIs, and coding assistants effectively in software projects. Basic proficiency in JavaScript or Python programming languages. A portfolio, GitHub repository, or final-year project demonstrating tangible and valuable outputs built with AI technologies. Self-motivated and quick learner with a focus on delivering practical and impactful results. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
