Junior Developer

We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Developer who has a strong passion for AI research and practical experience using AI tools in their development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in JavaScript or Python and demonstrate the ability to effectively utilize AI tools, large language model (LLM) APIs, coding assistants, and agent frameworks to produce meaningful and valuable results. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and evaluate new AI tools, models, and agent frameworks to stay ahead of emerging technologies.
- Integrate AI tools into development tasks to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
- Design and build AI workflows, including coding assistants and agents, that generate reliable and practical outcomes.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all work, detailing the tools, prompts, and workflows utilized.
- Share successful AI techniques and best practices with the team to boost overall productivity.
- Continuously learn and apply new AI technologies and methodologies to improve development processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience.
- Demonstrated strong interest in AI research and its practical applications.
- Proven ability to use AI tools, LLM APIs, and coding assistants effectively in development projects.
- Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or final-year project showcasing real, valuable output built using AI technologies.
- Self-motivated, quick learner with a focus on delivering practical results.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
