Junior Education Counsellor

Apex Consulting Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Education Counselor to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of relevant experience who are passionate about international education and helping students pursue overseas study opportunities. The role involves guiding students through university admissions, scholarship options, and visa documentation processes, while managing multiple inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students interested in international education and overseas study programs.
- Assist students in understanding university eligibility criteria, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa documentation.
- Manage multiple student inquiries, follow-ups, and application deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry related to student applications and communications.
- Use MS Office, Google Workspace, and email platforms to support daily administrative tasks.
- Develop strong relationships with students by offering personalized guidance and problem-solving support.
- Stay proactive and target-oriented to meet counseling goals and contribute to the team’s success.
- Continuously learn and update knowledge of international admission processes and counseling techniques.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong interest in international education and overseas study opportunities.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of university admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and visa documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, email management, and data entry.
- Good counseling, problem-solving, and student relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Student-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
