Junior Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of professional experience who are eager to develop their skills in electrical engineering within an industrial environment. The role involves hands-on work with electrical automation systems, programming, and power-system projects, providing a solid foundation for career growth in this field. The working hours follow a morning shift schedule, and the salary range offered is PKR 30,000 to 40,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical automation systems tailored to project requirements.
- Program and configure PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human Machine Interface), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
- Manage industrial communication networks to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical and automation equipment on-site.
- Support power-system projects, including installation, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Up to one year of relevant experience in electrical engineering or automation.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols and power systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore during morning shift hours.
