Junior ERP Co-Ordinator

This role involves providing day-to-day support and maintenance for ERP systems, working closely with various departments to gather and analyze system requirements. The candidate will assist in documenting workflows, processes, and user guides related to the ERP. Coordination with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve ERP issues and manage updates is a key part of the position. Additionally, the role includes participating in testing and implementing system enhancements, as well as learning ERP customization, reporting tools, and data integration techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily support and maintenance of ERP systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with different departments to collect and analyze ERP-related requirements.
- Document ERP workflows, processes, and create user guides to support end-users.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to address ERP issues and system updates.
- Participate in testing and implementation phases for ERP system enhancements.
- Develop skills in ERP customization, reporting tools, and data integration.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their modules.
- Knowledge of databases, including SQL and relational database concepts.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- A willingness and eagerness to learn ERP customization and integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners.
