We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing processes, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting activities. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and management to drive informed decision-making. The role is based in our office located in DHA Phase 6, with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the month-end closing process in line with established deadlines and accounting procedures.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and periodic financial reporting packages for assigned companies, maintaining accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Lead the preparation, consolidation, and coordination of the annual budget for assigned companies in collaboration with relevant departments and management.
- Communicate and present key performance indicators (KPIs), financial results, and significant variances to management, highlighting areas that require attention.
- Participate in cross-functional and interdisciplinary meetings to review financial and operational performance, analyze variances, and support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrate effective ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Prepare management analysis, financial reports, and ad hoc analytical reports as needed to support management decision-making and monitor business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA Intermediate) or ACCA qualification with a minimum of three years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in financial reporting, management accounting, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey financial information to stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and deliver high-quality work within required timelines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience working with offshore or geographically distributed teams will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 200,000 to Rs 230,000.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the office located in DHA Phase 6.
