Stifftech Solutions is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Full-Stack Digital Marketer to support and manage digital marketing efforts across various channels. Key Responsibilities

SEO & AEO/GEO: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies. Apply basic technical SEO principles and optimize content to enhance visibility on search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Google & Meta Ads: Develop, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to increase reach, generate leads, and improve conversion rates.

Affiliate Marketing: Support affiliate recruitment efforts, maintain partner communications, and assist in tracking the performance of affiliate campaigns.

Website Management: Update website content and landing pages using WordPress or other content management systems to ensure information is current and engaging.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, user engagement, and lead generation using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. Prepare reports to inform strategy adjustments.

AI & Automation: Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, conduct research, streamline marketing workflows, and improve overall campaign efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to organize tasks effectively and analyze data.
- A creative mindset combined with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 22,000 to Rs 25,000. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to work from the company’s office location.
