Junior GHL Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior GHL Specialist to join our team onsite at Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and be responsible for building, configuring, and managing client accounts. This role involves working with funnels, websites, workflows, pipelines, CRM systems, and automations to deliver efficient and reliable solutions. It offers a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Senior CRM & Automation position.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure GHL sub-accounts, including custom fields, values, tags, and user permissions.
- Build funnels, landing pages, and websites using the GHL builder.
- Create and manage workflows and automations using triggers, conditions, wait steps, and actions.
- Set up pipelines, opportunities, and lead stages aligned with client sales processes.
- Configure calendars, booking systems, appointment reminders, and follow-up sequences.
- Build forms, surveys, and quizzes and integrate them with workflows.
- Create email and SMS campaigns along with nurture sequences.
- Assist with A2P 10DLC registration, phone number setup, and email domain configuration using LC Phone, LC Email, Twilio, and Mailgun.
- Integrate GHL with third-party tools via Zapier, Make, webhooks, and native integrations.
- Set up reputation management, review requests, Conversation AI, and Voice AI solutions as needed.
- Import, organize, and clean contact data.
- Create, manage, and deploy GHL snapshots.
- Test systems end-to-end and troubleshoot any issues.
- Document setups and communicate project updates clearly with the team and clients.

Required Qualifications
- A relevant degree, preferably a BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on GoHighLevel experience through agency, freelance, internship, or similar work.
- Good understanding of GHL workflows, triggers, and automations.
- Experience building funnels and websites within GHL.
- Understanding of CRM, pipelines, opportunities, and lead management.
- Basic knowledge of email and SMS marketing.
- Familiarity with Zapier or Make and a basic understanding of webhooks.
- Strong attention to detail and testing skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- GHL certification, such as HighLevel Certified Admin.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with A2P 10DLC compliance and SMS deliverability.
- Knowledge of GHL SaaS Mode, snapshots, and agency setup.
- Experience with Conversation AI, Voice AI, or AI-powered chat and booking bots.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads and Google Ads lead integrations.
- Experience working with US-based clients and comfortable working US hours.
- A portfolio showcasing GHL funnels, websites, workflows, or automation projects is highly desirable.
