Junior Graphic Designer

Devstorm Technologies is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their creative team in Gujranwala. This role involves supporting the design team in producing visual assets for both digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and product visuals. The ideal candidate will contribute to logo creation, brand element development, and layout designs that align with client needs and internal brand standards. Working closely with senior designers and marketing professionals, the Junior Graphic Designer will refine concepts based on feedback and prepare final files for production or publishing. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visual content for digital and print media, such as social media posts, brochures, and product-related graphics.
- Support the development of logos, branding elements, and layout designs that meet client specifications and maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to refine design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Prepare design files for production or digital publishing, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow brand guidelines closely and contribute to maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all materials.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to create clear, engaging visuals.
- Experience with logo design and branding to help develop and sustain visual identities.
- Solid understanding of typography and layout principles to produce balanced and readable designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and iterate on design concepts accordingly.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
