Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in Karachi, located at PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal. This role involves creating visually compelling content to enhance our brand’s presence across multiple social media platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing engaging graphics, supporting digital marketing efforts, and helping to drive audience engagement and lead generation. The position offers a salary range of Rs 30,000 to 40,000 with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, Saturdays may be required to meet deadlines or complete pending tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality graphics, banners, and promotional materials tailored for social media platforms to effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and align with client goals.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools to create visually appealing content.
- Develop, schedule, and publish content calendars that support business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase audience engagement and generate leads through creative digital content.
- Maintain strong communication and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design applications.
- Excellent creativity with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging graphics.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
