Junior Graphic Designer (Pharma Experience)

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating promotional materials and packaging designs, along with experience in social media and product promotional content. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software and a creative approach to visual communication. The position is based in Lahore, with work conducted on-site at our Multan Chung Road location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design promotional materials and packaging that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create engaging social media graphics and product promotional designs to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.
- Utilize CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to produce high-quality visual content.
- Assist with basic video editing and incorporate AI tools where applicable to enhance design output.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in designing promotional materials and packaging.
- Skilled in creating social media and product promotional designs.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and video editing is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates residing near Thokar Niaz Baig or Multan Chung Road in Lahore will be given preference due to the in-person work requirement.
- The role is based at the Multan Chung Road office in Lahore, requiring daily on-site attendance.
