Junior Hr Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team in Karachi, Nazimabad No. 1. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience to develop their skills in a dynamic HR environment. The role involves supporting the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, and various job portals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Keep accurate recruitment records and manage candidate databases to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with job postings, prepare recruitment reports, and support onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to meet recruitment goals and deadlines effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and team members professionally.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and follow up diligently throughout the recruitment cycle.
