Junior Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our HR Business Partnering team. This role is designed for an individual passionate about fostering positive employee relations, supporting talent acquisition efforts, managing performance reviews, and ensuring HR compliance. The successful candidate will play a vital part in enhancing the employee experience while collaborating closely with management and various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations, offering guidance, and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and ensure strict adherence to company policies.
- Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist HR Business Partners in managing performance reviews by tracking employee performance, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to both managers and employees.
- Work closely with the Training & Development team to conduct Sales Competency Assessments, evaluating employees’ skills and capabilities.
- Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining the HR database.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
