We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic professionals to join our Conference division and excel in B2B event sales targeting the US, EU, and Middle East markets. This role is based in our Karachi office, with working hours aligned to the UK market from 12 pm to 9 pm. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for significant career growth and uncapped earning potential. Fluency in English and the ability to operate confidently in an English-speaking environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in B2B sales by selling access to our conferences in the EU market, targeting senior decision-makers from multinational corporations through cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives from some of the world’s largest and most innovative organizations, aligning their needs with our tailored event offerings.
- Generate and maintain a robust prospecting pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Act as a brand ambassador by developing and nurturing strong relationships with event attendees and clients.
- Maintain organized records of all sales activities and pipeline progress.
- Manage post-sale relationships to secure repeat bookings and foster long-term client loyalty.
- Work collaboratively within the team, adhering to company policies and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field, suitable for a junior-level role.
- Proficient English communication skills at a C1 level or higher.
- Demonstrated track record of achievement and success in previous roles.
- Strong self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to succeed.
- Tenacity and persistence in overcoming challenges and meeting targets.
