Junior iOS Engineer

Located in Bahria Orchard Lahore, 9D Technologies is a leading company specializing in mobile app and game publishing. Our team focuses on developing and scaling engaging products that captivate users worldwide. We are currently seeking a motivated iOS Developer to join our on-site, full-time team and contribute to the growth and success of our applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain iOS application features using Swift and modern iOS frameworks.
- Implement user interfaces based on design specifications and established development guidelines.
- Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues to enhance application performance and stability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code in accordance with coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Work closely with designers, backend engineers, QA, and senior developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous feature enhancements.
- Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical discussions to support agile development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in iOS development or equivalent hands-on experience through projects.
- Proficiency in Swift and a solid understanding of iOS application development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Xcode, UIKit and/or SwiftUI, and Interface Builder.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and asynchronous programming concepts.
- Basic experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and debugging applications.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of iOS application architecture, memory management, and coding best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and capability to work effectively within a team.
