Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing MOM for Visits/ Meetings
  • Preparing & Sharing Weekly Reports to Media team, and preparing monthly newsletter.
  • Compilation of documents and maintaining all files of expenses/ policies/ plans/ projects alike
  • Door to door visit for case stories and verifications as per need
  • Regular visits to project areas for M &E, management and reporting accordingly
  • Programs/ Projects event arrangements, procurements, 
  • Arrangements of donor/ potential person visits to projects sites
  • Building strong relations with local community and Govt. official members & establishing local volunteer teams
  • Sharing any fundings opportunities/ especially regarding potential persons for education sponsorships
  • Maintaining all records of direct/ in-direct beneficiaries, data analysis, and conducting surveys for new projects
  • Alliances & partnership with civil society partners, and Govt. officials and works related to organization.
  • Support and assist for engagement of Ambassador/ volunteer program, and engaging them to organizational activities
  • Assist the management in developing project business plans to generate income from various sources.
  • Preparing projects budgets, monthly OPEX/ CAPEX expenses and reporting to accounts team 

Relevant Experience:

  • 02+ years’ experience in,  educational projects/ programs is MUST.
  • Having Educational/ OOSC/ NFBE  projects or program experience would be a plus.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop relationships with funders, partners
  • Proven record of successful project management & implementations and reporting
  • Proven experience is preparing budget drafts and preparing OPEX/ CAPEX of educational projects

Having educational management academic background or relevant experience of managing Schools is desired
