Junior Manager Cold Chain

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and enhance our cold chain logistics operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products to maintain cold chain integrity.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Implement process optimization strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing wastage, and minimizing temperature deviations.
- Utilize advanced temperature tracking systems and data analytics for real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with logistics partners, warehouses, and suppliers to maintain seamless cold chain operations.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in cold chain logistics, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and temperature monitoring devices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
