In this role, you will play a vital part in driving financial excellence by supporting the Finance function through accurate financial reporting, accounting operations, and data-driven analysis. Your efforts will contribute to strengthening business performance and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position requires transforming financial data into actionable insights that enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with internal teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to maintain robust accounting records, resolve accounting issues, and continuously improve finance processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, reports, schedules, and reconciliations in accordance with applicable accounting standards, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct financial analysis and data reviews to identify discrepancies, trends, and insights that support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.
- Utilize MS Excel and financial data analysis tools for reporting, analysis, and data management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors to resolve accounting matters, support audit requirements, and ensure timely completion of finance deliverables.
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis processes, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing, preferably with exposure to a Big 4 firm.
- CA Finalist or ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation with strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally, with keen attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
