In this role, you will support the Finance function by ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and conducting data-driven analysis. You will transform financial data into actionable insights, collaborate with internal teams and auditors, and play a key role in improving finance processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, reports, schedules, and reconciliations in accordance with applicable accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct financial analysis and review data to identify discrepancies, trends, and insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation while ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.
- Utilize MS Excel and other financial data analysis tools for reporting, analysis, and data management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors to resolve accounting issues, support audit processes, and ensure timely completion of finance deliverables.
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis processes, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing, preferably with exposure to a Big 4 firm.
- CA Finalist or ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements with a solid understanding and practical application of IFRS.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis, complemented by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally, with meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
