Trioniq is seeking a motivated Junior MERN Stack Developer to join their team at the Daftarkhwan office in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment with work hours aligned to US business time zones, requiring night shifts. The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of practical experience in MERN stack development and a strong desire to contribute to a growing company. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring clean code, optimal performance, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Collaborate closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and high-quality output. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that supports maintainability and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and improve user experience. Actively participate in code reviews and daily stand-up meetings to foster team communication and continuous improvement. Adapt to evolving client requirements and project deadlines while working according to US time zones.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with MERN stack development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Practical knowledge of MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js frameworks is required. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and experience working with RESTful APIs are important. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are necessary to thrive in this role. Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours from the Lahore office is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
