The Junior People and Culture Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi South District. This position supports daily people operations by assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records. The officer also coordinates internal communications, supports performance and feedback initiatives, and contributes to activities that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Working closely with management and team leads, the role promotes a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with policy implementation, organizing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination.

- Basic data handling skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
