Junior Project Manager

Edit Craft Studio (ECS) is seeking a confident, proactive, and responsible Operations Manager / Junior Project Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinate with the editing team, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of all tasks. This role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining smooth workflow and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily project operations and ensure effective ground-level execution.
- Assign projects and tasks to editors, clearly communicating requirements and expectations.
- Follow up regularly with editors to monitor task progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Oversee workflow to guarantee projects are completed on schedule.
- Provide consistent progress updates and reports to the Senior Project Head.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve workflow challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring accountability across the team.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively within a team.
- A confident, proactive personality with a can-do attitude.
- Proven ability to follow up, manage people, and drive tasks to completion efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A responsible individual who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
- Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or team management is advantageous.
