Kodestra, a growing software house and tech agency based in Rawalpindi, is expanding its internal teams and client talent pipelines. We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a full-time, on-site basis. This position is perfect for fresh graduates or entry-level HR professionals who are enthusiastic about building a career in recruitment, talent sourcing, and headhunting within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, WhatsApp groups, and direct outreach.
- Draft, edit, and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone or online screening interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain organized candidate databases and talent pipeline records to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc / I.Com / ICS) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates and individuals eager to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 0–1 year in recruitment or candidate sourcing is acceptable.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Urdu, with proficiency in written and spoken forms.
- Traits: Proactive, punctual, computer-literate, and passionate about talent acquisition.
- Location: Must be available to work full-time on-site near 6th Road, Kateria Market, F-Block, Rawalpindi.
