Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Recruiter/Staffing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the right talent is placed in the right positions at the right time. You will collaborate closely with candidates, employees, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient staffing operations. Your efforts will directly impact workforce planning and the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and staffing lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Identify, source, screen, and interview potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Match candidates to appropriate roles based on their skills, experience, and client needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, onboarding processes, and employee placements to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients to support ongoing staffing needs.
- Monitor workforce availability and staffing requirements to anticipate and address gaps.
- Handle staffing administration and maintain accurate recruitment records for compliance and reporting.
- Proactively identify staffing challenges and develop effective solutions to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, or workforce coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
