Junior Recruiter

My Tutor Source (MTS), based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join its HR team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience recruiting technical talent across diverse domains and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of hiring needs. The position operates from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000. Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring smooth execution from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality technical talent.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Negotiate salary packages and oversee the offer process to ensure alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Establish and foster relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and pipeline status updates for management review.
- Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Perform additional recruitment-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles including Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and various IT positions.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and software development processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented work environment.

Additional Information
The position requires working onsite at the DHA Phase 1 office in Lahore, with shift timings from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The offered salary ranges between Rs50,000 and Rs80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
