Junior Recruiter

VASL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team at our Islamabad/Rawalpindi office located near DHA Phase 2 Gate 1, Plaza ONE on Main GT Road. This full-time, onsite role operates from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PKT) and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates across various roles and industries, contributing to the company’s talent acquisition efforts with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines, including backup candidates, to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while adhering to recruitment deadlines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify challenges in sourcing and implement alternative strategies to attract suitable candidates.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing through selection and onboarding coordination.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience recruiting for international clients is considered an advantage.
