Junior Recruiter

VASL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team at Plaza ONE, located near DHA Phase 2 Gate 1, Islamabad/Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite position operates from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PKT). The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across various roles and industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines, including backup options to ensure recruitment continuity.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while adhering to recruitment deadlines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify challenges in sourcing candidates and explore alternative strategies to attract suitable talent.
- Support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
