Junior Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our retail outlet in Karachi. This position is well-suited for enthusiastic female candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the store’s overall sales performance. The role involves assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining attractive and organized displays, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their individual needs.
- Maintain proper display, arrangement, and availability of products within the assigned section.
- Regularly verify product prices, labels, expiry dates, and stock levels to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Replenish shelves promptly and coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock requirements effectively.
- Keep the assigned section clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment with keen attention to detail.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Availability to work from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 61,000, depending on experience and performance.
