Junior Sales Consultant

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a passionate and motivated individual for the position of Junior Sales Consultant - Project Sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting buyers with sellers by effectively promoting and selling property units. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, providing property demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to offer relevant property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of property units and coordinate site visits for clients.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track changes in their needs and preferences.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the face of the company, delivering a professional and positive experience to all customers.

Required Qualifications
- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales, with a strong commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; however, fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
