Junior Sales Consultant

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant to join its Project Sales team. The company connects buyers and sellers both within Pakistan and internationally, having secured significant funding rounds since its inception in 2012, totaling $29 million. As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures. You will represent Zameen.com, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide detailed demonstrations and conduct site visits to showcase properties effectively.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Act as a professional representative of Zameen.com, ensuring each customer interaction is positive and reflects the company’s values.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; however, fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
