We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and contributing to business growth. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a results-oriented approach, and a strong desire to develop a career in business development. This position operates on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, aligned with US business hours, and requires on-site presence at our Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients using lead lists and call scripts provided by the company.
- Clearly and persuasively present company services to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Qualify prospects' interest and arrange sales presentations or product demonstrations for Senior Executives.
- Perform structured follow-up calls to nurture leads through the sales funnel effectively.
- Accurately log all call activities, call outcomes, client notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including outbound call volume, connection rates, and qualified lead conversions.

Required Qualifications

- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent, articulate, and clear verbal communication skills with a confident telephone presence.
- Strong objection-handling skills and resilience in a high-volume calling environment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The role offers a fixed basic salary with potential earnings of up to Rs45,000 per month.
- This is an on-site position requiring commitment to night shift hours, which are aligned with US time zones.
