Junior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a Junior SEO Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience who possesses a solid understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, with a particular focus on backlink building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing various SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Islamabad, Pakistan, offering a competitive monthly salary range.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities to enhance website performance.
- Develop quality backlinks through methods such as guest posting, directory submissions, social bookmarking, profile creation, and outreach campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate relevant websites for link-building opportunities.
- Conduct basic keyword research and analyze competitor SEO strategies.
- Monitor backlink profiles and overall SEO performance regularly.
- Utilize SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to gather insights and track progress.
- Adhere to white-hat SEO practices and stay informed about the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months and 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of off-page SEO techniques, especially backlink creation.
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO elements and keyword research methodologies.
- Familiarity with popular SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Good research skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Ability to reliably commute to the office location in Islamabad or willingness to relocate prior to starting work is preferred.
- This role offers a full-time, in-person work environment at the PWD Islamabad office.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
