We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any site-related issues.
- Maintain accurate site records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to project management.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any delays or cost overruns promptly.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee work meets specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Competency in managing teams and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in site management software and Microsoft Office applications.
