Your Doctors Online, a rapidly growing digital healthcare platform connecting families across Canada and the United States with licensed doctors 24/7, is seeking a Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Islamabad. Our platform enables patients to consult with physicians via chat or video without appointments, making healthcare more accessible and convenient. As part of a multidisciplinary team spanning healthcare, technology, customer experience, and digital content, you will help bring our brand and medical expertise to life across social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create diverse content including educational clips, doctor Q&As, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Appear on camera and assist doctors and team members during filming sessions by providing simple direction.
- Design engaging carousels and Stories using Canva, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and on-screen text to enhance viewer engagement.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication of posts.
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice.
- Identify medical questions from the audience and route them to the appropriate care team.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as views, watch time, saves, and follows.
- Use data insights to contribute fresh ideas during weekly content planning meetings.
- Stay informed about social media trends and sounds, selecting those suitable for a healthcare brand.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation; personal projects and accounts are considered valid experience.
- A portfolio showcasing videos, posts, or other content you have created independently.
- Proficiency in Canva is essential.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
- Ability to shoot steady, well-lit videos with clear audio using a smartphone.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and providing basic direction during shoots.
- Clear and confident spoken English suitable for Canadian and American audiences.
- Strong written English skills for captions and on-screen text.
- Understanding of what makes short-form content engaging and able to retain viewers.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Islamabad.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation.
- Background in creating content for healthcare, wellness, or education brands.
- Basic photography and lighting skills.

Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with an immediate start date.
