Your Doctors Online is expanding its team in Islamabad and seeking a Junior Social Media Content Creator to help elevate its digital presence. As a digital healthcare platform connecting families across Canada and the United States with licensed doctors 24/7, the company offers chat and video consultations without appointments, aiming to make healthcare accessible, convenient, and available whenever needed. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals and the content team to create engaging, doctor-approved social media content that educates and informs the audience across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos tailored for Reels and TikTok.
- Produce educational clips, doctor Q&As, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Appear on camera and assist in guiding doctors and team members during filming sessions.
- Design social media carousels and Stories using Canva while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and on-screen text to engage viewers.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of posts.
- Respond to comments and direct messages in the brand’s voice.
- Identify medical questions from the audience and direct them to the appropriate care team.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as views, watch time, saves, and follower growth.
- Use data insights to contribute fresh ideas during weekly content planning meetings.
- Stay current with social media trends and sounds, selecting those suitable for a healthcare brand.

Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation; personal social media accounts count.
- A portfolio showcasing videos, posts, or other relevant content created independently.
- Proficiency in Canva is essential.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
- Ability to shoot steady, well-lit videos with clear audio using a smartphone.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and providing simple direction during shoots.
- Clear and confident spoken English appropriate for Canadian and American audiences.
- Strong written English skills for captions and on-screen text.
- Understanding of what makes short-form content engaging and able to retain viewers.
- High attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Islamabad.
