Job Title: Junior SQA Engineer (Manual Testing, Web Applications)

Job Type: Full time, on site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Salary: Competitive market salary, based on experience and skills
Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional QA experience.
About the Role Our client, a software house is looking for a Junior SQA Engineer to test web applications before they reach users. You will read requirements, write test cases, run functional and regression testing, log bugs, and confirm that fixes work without breaking anything else. What We Are Looking For- Solid understanding of the software testing life cycle and bug life cycle
- Ability to write test cases from requirements and process documents
- Hands on experience with functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
- Positive, negative, and boundary testing on forms, calculations, and status flows
- Experience testing roles and permissions, checking what each user can and cannot do
- Experience retesting fixes and confirming nothing else broke
- Browser DevTools, especially the Network tab (status codes, request payloads, responses) and the Console
- Basic REST API testing with Postman
- SQL basics, enough to read data and check that a screen matches the database
- Basic understanding of HTML, JSON, and how web applications behave
- Google Sheets or Excel for test tracking and reports
- Jira, Trello, or a similar bug tracker
- Git and GitHub, for reading code and attaching evidence
- Playwright or other automation tools (nice to have, not required)
- AI tools such as Claude, used carefully with output checked
- Sharp attention to detail, since a missed bug can reach paying customers
- Clear written English for bug reports and test documentation
- Curiosity about how things break, and patience to reproduce issues step by step
- This is an onsite position are you okay with it ?
- Manual QA : 1 year (Preferred)
