We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Stock Controller to support our inventory management operations. You will assist in tracking stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse or store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels using inventory systems.
- Inspect, and record outgoing goods using videos sent by storemen.
- Assist with regular stock counts and audits.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies or damages.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams regarding stock availability.
- Help prepare stock reports and summaries for management.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory, stock control, or warehousing is a plus (but not required).
- Basic knowledge of stock management systems or software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and computer skills.
