Junior Student Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Study Abroad Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will guide students through their options for studying abroad, including university selection, course guidance, and admissions processes. You will work closely with senior counselors to assist with application preparation, documentation, and maintaining consistent communication with students. The position requires handling student inquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and face-to-face interactions while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups on leads and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission procedures.
- Support senior counselors in managing applications, preparing documentation, and following up with students.
- Respond to student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person counseling sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive student records and ensure prompt follow-up on leads and application statuses.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in education consultancy, student counseling, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with study abroad processes and foreign education systems is preferred.
