Junior Students Counselling Officer

Nexskill is seeking enthusiastic and communication-focused individuals to join our Admissions and Counselling team at our Garden Town, Lahore location. This full-time, on-site role involves guiding prospective students through our training programs, assisting with the admission process, and contributing to the achievement of enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will be motivated to engage with students, provide accurate information, and support the overall admissions workflow to help students take the next step in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Manage admission inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and admission data.
- Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding assigned admission and enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as prior experience is not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities to manage multiple inquiries and tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and demonstrate persistence in achieving goals.
