3Techsoft, a mobile product development company, is looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with a focus on mobile app design to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for mobile applications. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop is essential. The role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. Candidates must present a strong portfolio showcasing their work on mobile or web applications. This is a full-time, in-person position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance intuitive, attractive, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure effective implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design quality and overall user experience.
- Adhere to UI/UX best practices and stay updated on industry trends to ensure seamless user experience.
- Maintain consistency in design elements and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the design system.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of additional design tools is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous app design projects.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user research methods, and interaction design.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
This position is well-suited for candidates passionate about crafting intuitive and visually engaging app experiences.
