We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our Creative and Design Team onsite in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in crafting user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for real estate platforms, websites, and mobile applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to enhancing the overall user experience—from browsing property listings to engaging with client portals and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and improvement of user interfaces for real estate web and mobile platforms.
- Assist in developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and refine user experience.
- Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Participate in user research and feedback sessions to enhance design usability and accessibility.
- Maintain design standards, brand guidelines, and best practices throughout all projects.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations relevant to real estate design to contribute fresh ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with exposure to real estate or digital product design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and prototyping workflows.
- Excellent visual sensibility, attention to detail, and a passion for creating clean, user-centered designs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
