Junior Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer

nullBrainer is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team on-site in Lahore. Key Responsibilities:
Footage Assembly & Pacing: Review and trim raw footage to create engaging, well-paced rough cuts and finalized video sequences that capture the audience’s attention.
Motion Graphics & Visual Assets: Design and animate clean motion graphics, including title sequences, lower thirds, logo reveals, transitions, and infographics to enhance video storytelling.
Audio & Video Syncing: Synchronize audio tracks with video, layer background music, sound effects, and voice-overs, ensuring balanced and clear audio levels throughout the project.
Basic Color Correction & Grading: Adjust lighting and color balance to improve visual quality and maintain consistency with brand aesthetics.
Execution & Guidelines: Follow creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and written editing instructions provided by the team to deliver polished final products.
Multi-Platform Delivery: Render and export finished videos optimized for various platforms such as social media, websites, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant internship or entry-level experience ranging from six months to over a year, supported by a portfolio or showreel demonstrating both video editing and basic motion design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is essential; familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator is a strong advantage.
- A natural eye for visual pacing, modern typography, color harmony, and digital storytelling techniques.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt, comfortable receiving feedback, iterating on revisions, and adopting new production tools.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and professional email communication.
- Strong time-management skills with the discipline to meet project deadlines consistently.
