Junior Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer

nullBrainer is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team on-site in Lahore. Key Responsibilities:
- Footage Assembly & Pacing: Review and trim raw footage to create engaging and well-paced rough cuts as well as finalized video sequences.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Assets: Design and animate clean motion graphics, including title sequences, lower thirds, logo reveals, transitions, and infographics.
- Audio & Video Syncing: Align audio tracks with video, layer background music, sound effects (SFX), and voice-overs, ensuring balanced and clear audio levels.
- Basic Color Correction & Grading: Adjust lighting and color to enhance visual quality and maintain brand consistency.
- Execution & Guidelines: Follow creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and editing instructions provided by the team to deliver polished content.
- Multi-Platform Delivery: Render and export final assets optimized for social media platforms, websites, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant internship or entry-level experience ranging from 6 months to over a year, or demonstrated project work. A portfolio or showreel showcasing both video editing and basic motion design skills is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is essential. Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a strong advantage.
- A natural eye for visual pacing, modern typography, color harmony, and storytelling through digital media.
- Ability to learn quickly, accept constructive feedback, iterate on revisions, and adapt to new production tools.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and professional email communication.
- Strong time-management skills and the discipline to meet deadlines consistently.
