Junior Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor with 1 to 2 years of experience in video editing, videography, and AI-powered video creation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in producing engaging visual content tailored for social media platforms, advertisements, and brand promotions. This role requires staying current with the latest editing techniques and trends to deliver high-quality videos that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit dynamic Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Shoot high-quality videos using professional cameras, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and camera angles.
- Create smooth transitions, animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to create, enhance, and edit videos efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to develop innovative content ideas.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging social media trends and video editing styles.
- Manage the entire video production process, from shooting through to final delivery.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro with strong video editing skills.
- Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color correction and grading.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Experience using CapCut to create trend-based social media videos.
- Practical videography skills, including camera handling, lighting, framing, and shooting techniques.
- Working knowledge of AI video tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, sound design, pacing, and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A portfolio showcasing video editing and videography projects is essential.
- Practical experience with AI tools for video creation or enhancement is highly valued.
- A creative mindset with a good grasp of current social media trends.
- The position is based onsite at Lakshmi Chowk, Lahore.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Monthly compensation of up to Rs40,000.00.
