Junior WordPress Developer

We are seeking a Junior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team at Evolve, an early-stage startup focused on creating high-quality WordPress plugins used by thousands of users worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, naturally curious, and eager to grow their skills rapidly in a challenging environment. Beyond basic WordPress development, you will be expected to troubleshoot complex issues, work with unfamiliar systems, and develop practical solutions that extend beyond standard WordPress tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment with a strong focus on growth and learning.
- Independently solve problems with minimal supervision, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
- Build and update website pages using page builders such as Elementor or Gutenberg.
- Perform junior-level customizations on WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Early-career or junior-level experience in WordPress development.
- Basic proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Elementor or Gutenberg page builders.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable with a strong commitment to learning and professional growth.
- Ability to follow strict coding standards and work within a structured development process.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Karachi, with reliable commuting or relocation plans before starting.
- Male candidates only, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
